Returns / Exchange

At Shafit, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our Returns & Exchange Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used beauty/cosmetic products
  • Personal care items
  • Lash, makeup, or skincare products that have been opened
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Sale or clearance products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Proof of purchase
    • Photos of the item if damaged or incorrect
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.


4. Exchange Process

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect products received
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Size or product variation issues (where applicable)

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error
  • We recommend using a trackable delivery service for returns

Shafit Glam is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.


6. Inspection & Approval

Once your returned item is received:

  • We will inspect the product
  • You will be notified regarding approval or rejection
  • Approved exchanges or refunds will be processed accordingly

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.


8. Late or Missing Returns

Requests submitted after the allowed return period may not qualify for a return or exchange unless otherwise approved by management.
